Rejuran, Juvelook and Skinvive are three of the skin boosters visitors ask about most in Seoul. Here is how their prices, session plans and results compare, so you can budget for the right one.
In Seoul, Rejuran Healer, Juvelook and Skinvive are priced differently and do different jobs. At Dernia Clinic Myeongdong, Rejuran Healer starts from ₩259,000 for 2cc (full face), Juvelook from ₩299,000 for 2cc (one zone) or ₩549,000 for 4cc (full face), and Skinvive from ₩290,000 for one syringe (both cheeks) or ₩540,000 for the full face. Prices exclude 10% VAT. Rejuran and Juvelook usually need two to three sessions, while Skinvive is usually a single session, which matters for short trips.
Prices are in Korean won, exclude 10% VAT and are confirmed by a doctor at consultation.
How much do Korean skin boosters cost in Seoul?
Korean skin boosters are priced by volume, either per cc or per syringe. The headline price only tells part of the story, because some boosters are designed as a series of two or three sessions while others are usually done once. To compare fairly, look at the cost of the full plan your doctor recommends, not just the first session.
This guide compares three of the most requested boosters at Dernia Clinic Myeongdong: Rejuran Healer, Juvelook and Skinvive. All three are offered at Dernia, and all prices below come from our 2026 price list. For a broader introduction, see skin boosters explained.

What is the difference between Rejuran, Juvelook and Skinvive?
Rejuran Healer: repair and skin quality
Rejuran Healer is a polynucleotide (PN) booster made by Pharma Research in Korea, with PN derived from salmon DNA. It is used to support skin repair, improve thickness and elasticity, and calm sensitive or stressed skin. The standard plan is three sessions two to four weeks apart, then maintenance about every six months. See the Rejuran Healer treatment page.
Juvelook: gradual collagen for texture
Juvelook is a Korean collagen stimulator from Vaim Global that combines PDLLA with hyaluronic acid. The HA gives early hydration, while PDLLA prompts your skin to build collagen over the following months. It is used for texture, pores, fine lines and shallow acne scars, usually over two to three sessions four to six weeks apart. See the Juvelook treatment page.
Skinvive: smoothness and glow in one session
Skinvive is a hyaluronic acid microdroplet injection from Allergan, part of the Juvéderm family. Tiny amounts of HA are placed across the skin to improve smoothness and glow without adding volume. It is usually a single session, repeated about every six months. See the Skinvive treatment page.
Which skin booster is best value for your goal?
Value depends on what you want to change. A cheaper booster that does not address your concern is not good value, and neither is a series you cannot finish during your trip.
- Sensitive, thin or tired skin: Rejuran Healer is usually the first option doctors discuss.
- Rough texture, pores or shallow scars: Juvelook works more on structure, with change building over months.
- Smooth, glowing cheeks before an event: Skinvive gives a visible result from one visit.
- Short trip, one visit only: Skinvive or a single Rejuran session fit more easily than a Juvelook series.

How to compare skin booster quotes in Korea
Skin booster pricing in Seoul can look confusing because clinics quote in different units. One clinic may quote per cc, another per syringe or vial, and another per session with a set coverage area. Before you compare, convert each quote into the same terms: what product, how much of it, which areas and how many sessions.
- Check the product name. Rejuran Healer, Rejuran Eye and other PN products are different; Juvelook and Juvelook Volume (Lenisna) are also different. Ask for the exact name.
- Check the volume. A lower price for 1cc is not cheaper than a higher price for 2cc if you need full-face coverage.
- Check what is included. Numbing, soothing care and a follow-up message are part of the plan at Dernia, but it is worth asking anywhere you compare.
- Check VAT. Many Korean clinics quote before 10% VAT. Since 2026 there is no tourist refund, so include VAT in your budget.
- Check who injects. A licensed doctor should assess your skin and perform or directly supervise the injections.
A useful way to think about cost is price per month of result. A booster that costs more but lasts longer, or needs fewer sessions, can work out similar to a cheaper option that needs frequent repeats. Your doctor can help you estimate this for your skin, but remember that results vary from person to person and no booster gives a guaranteed duration.
It also helps to separate the booster from add-ons. Some visitors combine a booster with a laser or an LDM soothing session on the same day, which changes the total bill. Ask for each item to be listed separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for. For more detail on units, read shots, lines and cc explained.
How many sessions does each booster need?
| Booster | Typical course | Spacing | How long results last |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rejuran Healer | 3 sessions | 2–4 weeks | Maintenance about every 6 months |
| Juvelook | 2–3 sessions | 4–6 weeks | 12+ months after a series |
| Skinvive | Usually 1 session | Not applicable | About 6 months |
These are typical ranges, not promises. Your doctor may suggest fewer or more sessions depending on your skin. If you cannot return to Seoul, read what if I cannot finish a treatment series.
Who should avoid skin boosters or talk to a doctor first?
Usually a good fit
- Dull, dehydrated or uneven skin texture
- Fine lines and early loss of firmness
- Enlarged pores or shallow acne scars
- People who want natural change, not added volume
Talk to the doctor first
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Fish or salmon allergy (relevant to Rejuran)
- Active acne flare, infection or cold sores in the area
- Autoimmune conditions or a history of keloid scarring
Side effects and downtime
All three boosters are injected in many small points, so the most common after-effects are small bumps, redness and occasional bruising. Rejuran and Juvelook bumps typically settle within one to three days; Skinvive often settles within one to two days. Juvelook can rarely cause small lumps if the product is not placed or mixed correctly, which is why technique matters. Infection and allergic reactions are rare but possible.
- Avoid makeup over injection points for the rest of the day.
- Skip saunas, jjimjilbang and intense exercise for one to two days.
- Use sunscreen daily and avoid harsh actives for a few days.
Flying home? Bumps from skin boosters usually settle within a day or two, so leave at least one full day before a long flight if you can. Our aftercare guide explains what to avoid in the first week.
Planning skin boosters around your Seoul trip
- Book ahead. Share your dates and concerns through our consultation form so a doctor can suggest which booster fits your stay.
- Avoid your arrival day. Most visitors book treatment for day two, after a night's rest.
- Combine thoughtfully. Boosters pair well with some lasers and lifting treatments; ask how to sequence them in one trip.
- Getting here. Dernia is in Myeongdong, near Myeongdong Station (Line 4) and Euljiro 1-ga Station (Line 2).
If you want a ready-made plan, the Glass Skin package combines boosters with complementary care.
