Non-Surgical Nose Treatments in Seoul

Quick answer: At Dernia Clinic Myeongdong, non-surgical nose treatment means a small amount of hyaluronic acid filler to refine the bridge or tip, from ₩150,000 per 1cc, or Excel V laser from ₩149,000 to fade redness and visible vessels. The nose is one of the higher-risk filler areas, so filler is placed conservatively by experienced doctors after a careful assessment.

  • Redness laser from: ₩149,000 (Excel V, full face)

  • Not suitable for: Making the nose smaller or fixing breathing problems
  • Safety: A higher-risk filler zone; mention any previous nose surgery

What non-surgical nose treatment can and cannot do

The nose sits at the center of the face, so small changes have a large effect on your profile. Filler works by adding, not removing. It can lift a low bridge, smooth a small bump by filling above and below it, or slightly lift a drooping tip. It cannot make a nose smaller, narrow wide nostrils or fix breathing problems, which need a surgical opinion. The nose also changes with age as the tip softens and droops a little, and the skin can develop redness, enlarged pores and visible vessels.

Common nose concerns

The most common requests are a straighter, higher profile and less redness. Redness across the nose and cheeks is often part of redness and rosacea, while oily skin on the nose tends to show large pores. Your doctor separates shape concerns from skin concerns, because they are treated very differently.

Combining treatments

Nose filler and Excel V can be done at the same visit, with the laser first and filler after. Some people also balance their profile with a little chin filler, since a soft chin can make the nose look larger; see chin treatments or browse all treatment areas. Planning around your trip

Nose filler is quick and swelling is usually mild, so it fits a short stay. Have it a few days before you fly so your doctor can check the shape and symmetry once early swelling settles. Excel V can be done on any day, but keep out of strong sun afterward.

Nose safety notes

The nose is one of the highest-risk areas for filler. Its blood vessels are small, closely packed and linked to the vessels that supply the eye and the skin of the nose tip. Filler that enters or presses on a vessel can damage skin and, rarely, affect vision.

  • Choose experience: nose filler should be done by a doctor who treats the nose regularly and knows its anatomy well.
  • Technique: small volumes, slow injection along the midline, and a cannula where appropriate.
  • Previous surgery: tell your doctor about any rhinoplasty or implant. Scar tissue changes blood flow and raises the risk, and filler may not be advised.
  • Warning signs: report worsening pain, pale or dusky skin, or any vision change straight away. Hyaluronidase should be available to dissolve HA filler.
  • Excel V: avoid tanning before treatment and tell your doctor about isotretinoin.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers from our medical team. Still unsure? Ask a doctor or browse all patient questions .

Is non-surgical nose filler safe?

It is performed regularly, but the nose is a higher-risk filler area because of its blood supply. An experienced doctor, small amounts, careful technique and hyaluronidase on hand all lower the risk. Filler may not be advised if you have had nose surgery.

How long does nose filler last?

Commonly about 6–18 months, depending on the product and your metabolism. The nose moves little, so a small top-up is often enough to maintain the shape.

Can filler make my nose smaller?

No. Filler adds volume, so it can straighten a profile or disguise a small bump, which can make the nose look more balanced. Reducing size or width needs a surgical opinion.

Can I fly or wear glasses after nose filler?

Flying after a day or two is usually fine. Avoid pressing on the nose, including heavy glasses, for about a week while the filler settles.

How many Excel V sessions does nose redness need?

Most people need 2–4 sessions spaced several weeks apart. Expect mild redness for a day or two after each one.
