How Onda Lifting works

Onda, made by DEKA in Italy, uses Coolwaves technology: microwave energy at a frequency that passes through the cooled skin surface and concentrates in the fat beneath. The heat damages fat cells, which the body clears over the following weeks, and also tightens the fibrous connective tissue that runs through the fat. The result is a slimmer, firmer contour under the chin and along the jaw that develops over four to eight weeks. Onda is dosed in joules, so larger or fuller areas need more energy.

How InMode Forma and Mini FX work

Forma is a bipolar radiofrequency handpiece that warms the skin to a target temperature and holds it there with continuous monitoring, tightening collagen and giving an immediate sense of firmness. Mini FX is a small applicator that combines RF heat, suction and short electrical pulses aimed at small pockets of fat.
