Combining treatments

Planning around your trip

Onda and laser hair removal need no recovery. Fat-dissolving injections leave firm swelling for a few days, so avoid tight clothing and plan beach days later in your trip. Mole removal leaves small healing patches for 5–10 days that must be kept out of the sun.

Body safety notes

Not weight loss: contouring treatments refine shape in people close to their usual weight. They do not replace diet, exercise or medical weight care.
Moles: any mole that is new, changing, irregular, itchy or bleeding should be examined first and may need removal for testing rather than laser.
Sun and tans: laser hair removal is safest on untanned skin, so avoid sunbathing before and after.
Who should wait: body treatments are postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and energy devices are not used over implanted electronic devices or metal implants in the area.
Back acne: severe or scarring acne may need prescription treatment alongside clinic sessions.
