Who it's for

This package is for people whose eyes look more tired than they feel: crow's feet when smiling, crepey, thinning skin on the lids and fine lines underneath. It is not designed for large under-eye bags or deep hollows, which need a different plan; see our under-eye treatments page.

What's included

  • Oligio X: Korean monopolar RF that tightens crepey skin around the eyes and upper face and stimulates collagen.
  • Rejuran Eye (Rejuran I): a fine polynucleotide formula made for thin eye skin, improving thickness and texture without adding volume.
  • Wrinkle Botox: relaxes the muscle that creases the outer corners when you smile.

Together they treat the skin, the support beneath it and the movement that creates lines.

Order on the day

  1. Consultation in English and a close look at the eye area.
  2. Cleansing and numbing cream for about 30 minutes.
  3. Oligio X first, with your eyes protected and settings adjusted for thin skin.
  4. Rejuran Eye injected under and around the eyes.
  5. Wrinkle Botox last for the crow's feet.

Time needed and downtime

Plan on about 2 hours. Oligio X leaves little or no redness. Rejuran Eye can cause mild puffiness or a small bruise for 1–2 days. Botox starts working in 3–7 days and peaks at about two weeks, while Oligio tightening builds over the following months.

Fitting sessions into your trip

After you fly home

Puffiness can increase slightly on a long flight, so stay hydrated, limit salt and alcohol, and sleep with your head a little raised for the first nights. Use sunscreen and sunglasses, and avoid rubbing your eyes.

Customizing the package

Oligio X can be upgraded to Thermage FLX with its eye tip for more tightening. If you have a true hollow, your doctor may suggest under-eye filler instead of or alongside Rejuran Eye; compare under-eye filler vs Rejuran Eye. Toxin and injectables are postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and RF is not used with a pacemaker.

Is this package safe for the delicate eye area?

Yes, when performed carefully. Energy settings are lowered for thin skin, your eyes are protected during RF, and injections are placed carefully by licensed medical doctors.

Will it help dark circles?

It can help dark circles caused by thin skin, because Rejuran Eye improves skin thickness over a few sessions. Shadows from a hollow or pigment need different treatment, and your doctor will explain which type you have.
