What is Rejuran Eye?

Rejuran Eye, sold as Rejuran I, is the eye-area version of Rejuran Healer. Both are made by the Korean company Pharma Research from polynucleotides (PN), purified DNA fragments derived from salmon. The eye formula is designed to spread smoothly in the thin, delicate skin under and around the eyes, where standard boosters can sit unevenly.

Why a separate formula? The skin under the eyes is among the thinnest on the body, moves thousands of times a day and has little oil to protect it, so it shows fatigue and aging early. Products that work well on the cheeks can look lumpy here. Rather than filling a hollow, Rejuran Eye strengthens the skin itself. Thicker, healthier skin hides the blood vessels and muscle beneath it better, so the eye area looks less tired. It is one of the gentlest eye treatments in our treatment menu.

How Rejuran Eye works

Repair: PN supports the cells that make collagen, helping thin skin rebuild.
Thickness: over a few sessions, the under-eye skin becomes denser and smoother.
Texture: crepey wrinkling and fine lines under the eye gradually soften.
Shadow: thicker skin can make bluish or purple shadows less visible.

Because the area is so delicate, the doctor places small amounts at a shallow, even depth and avoids overloading any one spot. That careful technique matters more here than almost anywhere else on the face.

Be realistic about what it does not do. Brown, pigmented circles respond better to pigment lasers such as pico toning. A deep tear trough needs volume from under-eye filler. Dynamic crow's feet that appear when you smile are best softened with Botox. Your doctor will tell you which of these are driving your concern.

Your session at Dernia, step by step

Consultation in English with a licensed medical doctor, who examines the type of dark circle, skin thickness and hollowness.
Numbing with topical anesthetic cream for about 20–30 minutes.
Injection with a very fine needle or cannula, in small amounts across the under-eye area.
Cooling with a cold compress to limit swelling.

Downtime and aftercare

Mild puffiness for one to two days is normal, and small bruises can appear because the eye area is rich in blood vessels. Sleep with your head slightly raised on the first night. Avoid rubbing your eyes, eye makeup for 24 hours, saunas, alcohol and intense exercise for a day. Concealer can cover bruising once the skin has settled. If swelling increases after the second day, or you notice worsening pain, redness or any change in vision, contact the clinic straight away.

Results: what to expect and when

The under-eye skin often looks smoother within two weeks. Thicker, less crepey skin builds over the series, with the clearest change one to three months after the last session. Results vary with age and skin quality, and maintenance sessions help. Daily sunscreen, sunglasses outdoors, good sleep and not rubbing your eyes all protect the improvement. Does Rejuran Eye get rid of dark circles?

It can soften bluish or purple circles caused by thin skin, because thicker skin hides the vessels beneath. It does not remove brown pigment or fill deep hollows, which need different treatments.

Most people need two to three sessions a few weeks apart for a visible change, followed by occasional maintenance.

Does Rejuran Eye hurt?

Numbing cream is applied first, and the injections are small. Most people feel brief stinging and pressure.

Will I have bruises after Rejuran Eye?

Small bruises are possible because the eye area has many fine blood vessels. They usually fade within a few days and can be covered with concealer.
